We are seeking a Housing Support Worker to provide direct support to individuals facing multiple challenges, helping them achieve housing stability, independence, and access to essential services. This role involves tenancy management, housing-related compliance, and multi-agency collaboration to improve long-term outcomes for service users.

This is a home based role, caring for vulnerable children or young people who will live with you within your home. You will need to have at least 1 permanently available spare bedroom to be considered.
